Robert Onopa

Robert Onopa was a Fellow of the National Endowment for the Arts. Along with his science fiction, his work appeared in TriQuarterly, Harper’s, the Chicago Tribune, The Singapore Straits Times, and Zyzzyva. 

He has taught at Northwestern, as a Fulbright lecturer in West Africa, and at Victoria University in New Zealand. He is now Professor Emeritus at the University of Hawaii, and lives on the Windward side of Oahu.
